Our children in this classroom are taught a variety of bible stories, do crafts and sing lots of songs!
In this classroom the children are taught using the Dig In Curriculum. They are taught bible messages and stories and learn how they apply to our lives today. We do crafts so they have something to take home and remind them of the story they learned.

We are using a curriculum with an illusionist who demonstes spiritual disciplines with his illusions. It is based on a the proverb of the man who had two dogs and the one he fed the most grew the largest. Soiritual discipline feeds the spiritual dog inside and helps it become instead of the dog of our human sin.
SPARK would begin for High School Youth with prepared individual brown bag snacks with Middle School Students after their SPARK is over at 5:30 p.m. (Middle School would have their SPARK from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and leave after snacks are done by 6 pm). As long as weather permits, SPARK will be held outside around a fire in a firepit featuring a curriculum about sparking and growing Christian character form 6-7 pm. When the weather changes, SPARK would go inside to the Fellowship Hall. Face Masks will be required and social distancing will be enforced at all times.
In this coed adult class, we focus on learning more about God and ourselves!.
On Sunday mornings at 9:00 am, we offer a one-hour class with little to no out of class preparation. This class brings women together to learn, but more that that we nurture and uplift each other through life's challenges.
I am a stay-at-home mom with two little loves and a wonderful husband. Family is everything to me. We love to see movies, go hiking, swimming, go out to eat, travel, Harry Potter, Door County and just spending time together. I also enjoy reading, photography, teaching Sunday school and game nights.
I have been teaching Sunday School for over 20 years! I am a mom, a grandmother and a widow. I also really enjoy gardening.
My husband, Dale, and I have been members of CUMC since 2007. We have been married for over 40 years and have 2 children, no grandchildren.
I have been teaching Sunday School for about 10 years, in various age groups. I really enjoy helping our younger children learn about Jesus through bible stories, projects, instructing and guiding them on how Jesus wants us to live in our lives.
I enjoy hearing and sharing ideas of what the children already know about Jesus and helping them further understand the Bible and its stories.
I have been married to my husband, Brad, for 13 years and we have 4 children ranging in age from 11 to 6. I am a part-time school secretary and the treasurer here at CUMC. I have been teaching Sunday School for 6 years and enjoy helping my students learn how to be Christian children.
I am a member of CUMC and work at Wildwood Family Clinic in Madison in the lab. I love to cook and camp. I love the Lord and am excited to share his love with the students in my class this year. I am a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 8.

I’m 67 years old and have been married to my lovely wife, Linda, for 36 wonderful years. We have a daughter, Amy, who’s married to Eric and they have 3 wonderful children. We also have a son, Kevin, who is married to Megan and they have one daughter.
I work at a large dairy farm, Rosy Lane Holsteins LLC. I’ve worked there for over 22 years. I do dairy and barn maintenance, assist herdsman, foot trimmer, field operations, etc.
I like bowling, watching movies, Brewers, Packers, Bucks and Badgers!
I have been a member of Christ UMC since 1977. My husband and I farm. We have 5 married children and 17 grandchildren. Many of them belong to this church family.
Hi! I am JoAnn Meyer and I am the children and youth ministry coordinator at CUMC! I love Jesus and am passionate about ministries that bring people of all ages closer to Christ! We have many fun and exciting ministries at CUMC, including a vibrant Sunday School, SPARK youth ministry for middle and high school, and adult Christian education classes. We love to host family-friendly events like movie nights, glow dances, and other family fun days. Our goal is to bring families closer to Christ and closer to each other!
